District Science Fair Winners Advance to Region

Director of Science Sheri Gallemore stated, “We are so proud of our students! The students spend a considerable amount of time working on their projects and it is so rewarding to see what they have accomplished. The continued growth and success of Magnolia ISD science fair participants and winners is a reflection of our students, teachers and parents dedication to learning.”

For a fifth year, Glenn and Lorie Addison of Magnolia Funeral Home have donated funds to award this year’s winners. Mr. Addison will honor these students at the May board meeting.

Volunteering to judge this year’s projects included representatives from City of Tomball, ExxonMobil, Gunda Corporation, Lone Star College -Montgomery, Magnolia ISD, National Oilwell Varco, PBK Architects, Ring Exploration, Texas A&M University Nuclear Engineering, students from Texas A&M Galveston, and several retired engineers.
