Mrs. Calynn Perkins
I’m Calynn Perkins, and I am thrilled to serve as the Principal here at BBJH. I began my educational journey in 2014 as a teacher at Magnolia High School and later took on responsibilities as the 504 and testing coordinator. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to lead both district and campus professional developments, ensuring quality education for all our students. My academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s in educational administration. On a personal note, I’m a proud mother of three beautiful daughters, with two attending schools in MISD. Outside of school, you can often find me tending to my garden, soaking up the sun at the beach with my family, or engaging in community activities through my church. As we move into the new school year, I’m excited to connect with our students and parents.
